From the Inside Flap
Natural disasters are God’s megaphone, shouting to the world.
Natural disasters deliver an important message that’s impossible to ignore. In the wake of such horrific events, we quickly realize our need for someone more powerful than ourselves.
When faced with life’s toughest questions, how will you respond to the Creator of the universe? Will you turn to Him for hope and comfort? Or will you turn away, reasoning that no good God could ever allow such devastation to occur? In this in-depth study, you’ll learn what the Bible has to say about God’s role in human suffering and His creation. Each chapter will equip you to better understand the relationship between God and natural disaster, as well as answer the tough questions we all have following such an event.
Respected pastor and teacher Erwin W. Lutzer helps us to see that the God of the Bible can be trusted, and that His promises are worthy of our faith and the basis of our hope, even when answers are hard to come by.
Mon avis :
