Cela faisait un certains temps que je n’avais plus lut du Spurgeon. Ce livre fait partie de la « Christian Living Classics » collection. Il contient 12 prédications de Spurgeon sur le sujet du combat spirituel. Ce livre est recommandé par Driscoll, sur le sujet. Je ne regrette pas de l’avoir lut. Très pratique, et remplis de défis, ce livre rappelle au monde combien Spurgeon était un très bon prédicateur. Longtemps avant les megachurch près de 6000 personnes venaient l’écouter prêcher tous les dimanches.
